Prop A Compliance Reminder

Reminder on Missouri Prop A Compliance – Action Required by April 15, 2025

Employers are reminded that Missouri Proposition A requires them to provide employees with a notice of their rights by today, April 15, 2025.

The Missouri Supreme Court has not yet issued a decision regarding the ongoing legal challenge to Prop A. Meanwhile, legislation aimed at repealing the sick leave provisions of Prop A has passed the Missouri House and a Senate committee, but has not yet come to a vote in the full Senate.
