Cancellations: Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received November 6, 2025, or after, and non-paid registrations will be billed full conference price. Cancellations received prior to November 6, 2025, will receive a 90% refund.
Registration Fee: The registration fee covers one individual and one continuing education (CE) certificate (if applicable). Multiple site participation from individuals within your agency will require separate registration. For example: if your agency has paid for 1 participating registration but 3 people from your agency would like to attend and receive CE credit, your agency will need to pay a separate registration fee for all 3 participants. In addition, if your agency has sent in 1 registration but 3 people from your agency register through the Zoom link, your agency will be invoiced the registration fee for the additional 2 registrations. The handouts will be sent to the email address you provide.
Confirmation: Prior to the webinar, the Zoom link will be emailed to you along with any handouts.
Please note for Continuing Education: Illinois HomeCare & Hospice Council has been approved as a sponsor of continuing education by the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). This program has been designed to meet 5 continuing education credits for nursing, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
This education will be recorded, and the recording will be available to all registrants after the conclusion of the event.
