¨ Master the Purpose and Structure of HOPE: Understand why CMS created the HOPE tool and how it supports hospice care quality. Break down key domains, time points, and how HOPE fits into the patient journey.

¨ Navigate CMS Documentation and Reporting Requirements: Learn the ins and outs of HOPE-related regulatory expectations. Ensure timely and accurate submission to protect compliance and performance.

¨ Build Confidence in Completing HOPE: Items Apply CMS guidance with real-life case examples. Practice interpreting and coding HOPE items correctly and consistently.

¨ Meet the Symptom Follow-Up Visit Measure: Understand what triggers the requirement for a follow-up visit. Know how to document symptom follow-up visits for moderate/severe impact of pain or other symptoms to meet CMS standards.

 

How It Works: 8 bite-sized modules (avg 20 minutes each). Designed for on-the-go learning between patient visits. Includes interactive quizzes, scenario-based training, and downloadable tip sheets.
