The Open Enrollment Period that allows patients the time to make changes to their Medicare coverage can be one of the most frustrating times for home health agencies. The most uncertain times are in the after math of the enrollment period when agencies are faced with ensuring that they are billing the appropriate plan. This session will review steps to ensure that you are doing everything possible to ensure that the patient payer is correct.
Speaker: Regina Wild, LPN, is currently Director of Managed Care Consulting with Healthcare Provider Solutions. Regina is an experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years of industry experience. She has worked as a nurse, business development professional, and contracting/credentialing specialist. Regina has a deep understanding of the healthcare system and has worked in various healthcare settings, gaining valuable insights into the industry. Regina's primary focus is on Managed Care contracting, where she helps providers maximize reimbursement, strengthen referral relationships, and expand their market presence. She is passionate about assisting healthcare providers in navigating the complexities of the industry and achieving their goals.
Registration Fees: The cost of this education is per attendee, registrations may not be shared between agencies. Your registration covers the access of only one log in to the webinar. Registrants are encouraged to log in to the program at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. Additional logins will be charged an additional registration fee.
Cancellations: Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received 7 days or fewer prior to the event and non-paid registrations will be billed full conference price. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a 90% refund.
Confirmation: Prior to the webinar, a link to the webinar will be e-mailed to you along with any dialing instructions. Handouts, and any other related materials will be sent shortly before the program to the email address you provide.
Continuing Education Credits: There is no CE credit for this webinar.
